Return Policy
Exchange or Store Credit: We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days for domestic orders.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached.
Final Sale and Discounted Items: Items marked as final sale or purchased with a discount code are not eligible for refunds. They can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Hygiene Policy: Please wear underwear when trying on items; products showing signs of wear will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Processing Time for Returns and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), please allow a 3-5 business days for the processing of exchanges or store credit.
Notification of Return Status: We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and the exchange/store credit has been issued.
Proof of Purchase: Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
